Kodak / Active Logo Concept 2005 ![]() |
Prev / Next Kodak had become known as a dusty old brand which was late to the digital photography revolution; "the big yellow box." Although Kodak invented the digital camera in 1975, they failed to capitalize on it, depending on a declining film business to carry the company. With the arrival of CEO Antonio Perez, Kodak needed to signal that it understood digital photography and demonstrate it's brand was still relevant in the eyes of consumers. George Eastman became the key to our new visual approach: "Light makes photography. Embrace light. Admire it. Love it. But above all, know light. Know it for all you are worth, and you will know the key to photography." Brand Integration Group, Ogilvy. Creative Director: Allen Hori. Co-designed with Satian Pengsathapon. |
